Located on a hill with beautiful gardens, this hotel offers an excellent view from rooms with balconies. the spacious rooms are clean and comfortable, with attentive service. While the breakfast selection may be limited, the restaurant offers high quality cuisine, including Italian dishes, with great service. the swimming pool and sauna are a definite plus after a long day out exploring nearby attractions like the botanic park, lake, and zoo. Only the bathroom amenities could be more plentiful.

The hotel is new, spacious and clean with excellent amenities. The location is superb, with beautiful gardens, a great view, and proximity to the botanic park, lake, and zoo. The staff is amazing, providing excellent service. The hotel offers a nice swimming pool and sauna.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Shymkent with excellent staff who took care of me as I was traveling alone. The location was great, offering a beautiful view of the city and being close to a popular park. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The hotel also had a swimming pool and sauna, perfect for relaxation. The restaurant served delicious food and the overall service was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Shymkent. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and provided great service. The hotel's location on the hill was perfect for me as I was able to enjoy a beautiful view of the city. the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities were excellent. a great place to stay.

Spent Christmas in this hotel and had a pleasant stay. The room was spacious and nicely decorated with a cozy bed and a balcony with a beautiful view. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The hotel's location was perfect, close to a park and lake, which was perfect for holiday walks. The on-site pool was a nice touch which helped us to beat the winter blues.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing. It was not up to the expected standards, with limited options and no fresh juice or herbal tea.

The hotel had a modern and clean atmosphere. the location was stunning as it was surrounded by gardens and had an excellent view of the city. the spacious room with a big balcony was very comfortable and perfect to relax.
The breakfast options were limited and did not match a five-star standard. the food service in the restaurant was very slow.

I recently stayed in the luxurious hotel in this city and it was an experience to remember. the exclusive amenities were a delight, with a fully equipped Spa & wellness centre, an Indoor swimming pool, Sauna and a Swimming pool. I had a rejuvenating Massage at the Turkish bath which was absolutely amazing. I also enjoyed the Garden area which was serene, the Leisure/ TV room and the Pool with view.
The only minor issue I had was with the restaurant which only offered limited Special diet menus during dinner. the In-room breakfast was exquisite and the Poolside snack bar was a treat.
